I understand that this NOC does not exempt the need for an entertainment permit to be requested by the tenant through TAMM Portal after this NOC gets approved.

I understand that a copy of TAMM permit must be shared with the landlord no later than 48 hours before the intended starting date.

I understand that this NOC is issued based on a specific request; therefore, Al Qana Property Management holds no responsibility for the content of this certificate. In case of any misrepresentation of facts or data by using any or all parts of this certificate will be considered null and void.

I understand that this NOC is extended to photo/video shooting to be taken by the tenant’s representative inside its unit only, for the tenant’s social media promotion and in comply with the below T&Cs:

Terms and conditions for filming and photography

The applicants shall visit the site where they propose to carry out filming or photography in advance and discuss their requirements with Al Qana Marketing Department.
All the scripts and storyboards need to be approved by Al Qana Property Management prior to any production.
Any shots taken at the location are authorized for use solely for the stated job and may not be re-used or sold on for further usage without prior or subsequent agreement with Al Qana Property Management in writing.
The content created must be reviewed and approved by Al Qana Property Management prior to using it on any media channels.
Al Qana Property Management will have the right to use the content.
The content must not include brand logos of the tenants located in Al Qana without a prior or subsequent agreement in writing.
Refrain from filming and photographing the public without obtaining their permission.
