Visitor Code of Conduct
At Al Qana, we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for everyone. By visiting Al Qana, guests agree to respect fellow visitors, tenants, employees, and the destination’s facilities.
Respect for Others
- Treat all visitors, employees, tenants, and service providers with courtesy and respect.
- Refrain from abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior.
- Respect the privacy and personal space of others.
Compliance with Rules
- Follow all posted signage, safety instructions, and directions provided by Al Qana staff or security personnel.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations while on the premises.
- Access only areas designated for public use unless authorized.
Safety and Security
- Help maintain a safe environment by reporting hazards, suspicious activities, or emergencies to security or customer service.
- Do not interfere with emergency procedures, equipment, or restricted areas.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Care for the Environment
- Help keep Al Qana clean by disposing of waste responsibly and using designated bins.
- Respect the landscaping, natural surroundings, water features, public artworks, and facilities.
- Do not litter, vandalize, or damage any property.
Respect for Property
- Treat Al Qana’s facilities, attractions, furniture, and public amenities with care.
- Visitors are responsible for any intentional or negligent damage to property.
Photography and Filming
- Personal photography and videography are welcome unless otherwise indicated.
- Commercial photography, filming, drone operations, or media production require prior written approval from Al Qana Management.
- Respect the privacy of other visitors and avoid recording individuals without their consent where appropriate.
Parking & Traffic
- Follow all parking regulations and traffic signage.
- Park only in designated parking spaces.
- Observe speed limits and pedestrian crossings throughout Al Qana.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are not permitted unless expressly authorized:
- Disorderly, aggressive, or unlawful conduct.
- Smoking or vaping outside designated areas.
- Bringing prohibited or dangerous items onto the premises.
- Unauthorized commercial activities, promotions, solicitation, or distribution of materials.
- Damaging, removing, or tampering with Al Qana property or signage.
Compliance
Visitors who fail to comply with this Code of Conduct or any applicable policies may be asked to leave the premises. Where necessary, Al Qana reserves the right to deny entry, remove individuals from the property, or refer matters to the relevant authorities.
