Al Qana is not a gated attraction, and therefore there is no price for admission. However, the attractions and anchors under Al Qana have an entry fee.

The distance between Al Qana and the Abu Dhabi International Airport is 17 km, and it takes approximately 10 mins.
We are very close to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and neighbors to the Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri.
Al Qana is adjacent to neighboring five-star hotels such as the Shangri-La Hotel, Fairmont, and the Ritz-Carlton. In addition, it is a short walk from traders, Novotel, and Ibis.

Al Qana features The National Aquarium, a ten-zone giant aquarium spanning over 9,000 square meters. It is home to more than 46,000 marine and terrestrial animals across 60 exhibits, all responsibly and ethically sourced and cared for by a dedicated team of 80 sea-life experts and specialists. Guests can enjoy immersive experiences such as shark encounters, where they have the opportunity to hand-feed sharks. Education is at the core of The National Aquarium, with a dedicated department focused on visitor engagement and the capacity to welcome up to 50,000 students annually.

Parking and accessibility
Al Qana is connected by four traversing bridges allowing visitors to stroll along the boulevard to experience the absolute best in dining, entertainment, retail, wellness, and adventure. In addition, the landscaped community spaces aim to encourage social interaction. Each attraction is strategically placed for ease of navigation.
Al Qana guests have access to 3000 free car parking spaces, conveniently located outdoors and underground on both the North and South sides of the venue.
Parking at Al Qana is made efficient to visitors with a mix of the basement and outdoor parking lots directly in-front and close to key destinations.
Valet parking service is available in front of The National Aquarium, The Bridge Wellness Hub, Terra Restaurant, Cinemacity Al Qana, Al Safadi Restaurant and Cartel Café.
Charges:
Standard valet parking: 50 AED for the first 3 hours and 20 AED per hour for each additional hour.
VIP valet parking: 100 AED for the first 3 hours and 40 AED per hour for each additional hour.

Al Qana has a large-scale Grandiose Supermarketand Food hall, specialty stores, essential services, retail shops for the neighboring community.
Rules and regulations
Al Qana has designated smoking areas and ashtrays are available. Smoking is only permitted outside of all buildings.
No, Al Qana prohibits the use of bikes, roller skates, scooters, or rollerblades for all ages.
No pets are allowed on Al Qana premises
Picnics/camping are not permitted in Al Qana.
No, sheesha or alcohol consumption is not permitted in any of Al Qana premises, although certain restaurants have terrace area serving sheesha.
Yachts are permitted in the canal. We have 106 berths available for our seafaring customers.
Public transportation
There have multiple taxi stops around Al Qana available to visitors. We also have our own Abra boats that visitors can travel to see all of Al Qana from the water.
We have a Bus stop adjacent to Al Qana south area called the Rabdan Khaleej Al Arabi St Bus Interchange (A03085)

Yes, the aquarium will have a retail store that will be accessible to both the Aquarium and Al Qana visitors filled with merchandise and souvenirs of the Aquarium experience to take home.
We offer our guests a mobile signage guide which is a free service offered that allows visitors to obtain the information for each exhibit directly on their mobile phones in six languages: Arabic, English, Spanish, Chinese, Hindi & Russian.
The National Aquarium signed a 5-year partnership with The Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi to help create the largest and one of the most innovative rehabilitation schemes of its kind to protect and rehabilitate wildlife in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The Wildlife Rescue Program is a partnership between the Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi and The National Aquarium with a mission to Rescue, Rehabilitate and Release native wildlife in the Abu Dhabi Emirate.
The turtles rescued will be pre-released in our UAE’s Natural Treasures Zone after going through the designed rehabilitation process. When the temperature of the water drops (Which is normally around May) the turtles will be released back into their homes.
When transporting the animals we consider every aspect of the journey in fine detail. Temperature, Oxygen Supply, length of journey and transport containers are all specified as per the animal’s needs.
All enclosures are built in accordance with the best practice of leading zoos and aquariums around the world. An expert team provides the daily nutrition, medical and enrichment care required and all is as per international standards such as WAZA.
