Prayer Rooms
For the courtesy of guests, Al Qana has onsite prayer rooms for men and women on every building and are clearly marked.
Wheel Chair Stand
Non Electric wheelchairs are available throughout Al Qana on complimentary basis and can be found in designated wheelchair cabinets at the customer service desk. Visitors can borrow a complimentary wheelchair to enjoy the diverse dining and entertainment options with ease and simply return to the Guest service desk when they’re done using it.
Dress Code
As a courtesy to other guests in Al Qana and in accordance with the UAE Local law and customs ,we ask all guests to please wear respectful clothing.
